The Pump.fun token rally kept going into Sunday. Pump.fun ($PUMP) traded at $0.006487 at 15:39 UTC, up 13% in 24 hours and 35% in seven days, CoinGecko data show. What is new this week is the money behind the platform: its revenue grew 25% week over week.
What happened
Most of the daily gain came on Saturday afternoon. On Binance’s PUMP/USDT pair, the token climbed from $0.00575 at 15:00 UTC Saturday to $0.00641 by 19:00 UTC. It then held between $0.00626 and $0.00646 through Sunday and was back at $0.00646 at 15:41 UTC.
The token’s market value now stands near $3.0 billion, ranking 40th, per CoinGecko. Its 30-day gain is 54%. The move outpaced the wider market: Bitcoin ($BTC) rose 0.6% and Ether ($ETH) 0.7% over 24 hours, per LiveCoinWatch.
Why it moved
The rally lines up with stronger business at Pump.fun. The platform earned $11.4 million in revenue in the seven days through Oct. 3, DefiLlama data show. That is 25% more than the $9.1 million of the week before.
Daily revenue topped $1.7 million on each of the last three days. On Saturday, PumpSwap, Pump.fun’s own exchange, handled $402 million in trades. That was about 26% of the $1.55 billion traded on Solana DEXs, the largest share of any venue, per DefiLlama.
Who’s buying and selling
In the main PUMP/USDC pool on PumpSwap, buyers made 6,701 trades and sellers 5,968 in 24 hours, DexScreener shows. GeckoTerminal gives a close reading of 6,720 buys and 5,882 sells. The pool holds about $29.2 million in liquidity.
CoinGecko puts total 24-hour trading volume across markets at $365 million. Jupiter quoted $PUMP within 0.5% of the CoinGecko price.
